"Managed retreat" is an Orwellian euphemism from the WEF for the forced relocation of rural dwellers into human settlements (Smart Cities). The scheme is based on shoddy modeling, itself based on the manmade climate change hoax and the false specter of rising ocean levels. The plan works by governments declaring flood zones and insurance companies refusing to insure, therefore leading to plummeting property values and people forced off their land. It's all in line with UN Agenda 2030 and the creation of a Natural Asset Market allowing corporate ownership of the natural world. This plan is being pushed hard in nations like Australia and NZ – and also here in the US. Beware!
