Kincaid, a real life Indiana Jones, had been employed for 30 years by the Smithsonian Institute when in 1909 he embarked on a trip to explore the Grand Canyon in Arizona. He ended up finding caves (and a vast underground network including a citadel) which contained Egyptian hieroglyphics and relics, almost conclusively proving that the race which inhabited these caverns was from Egypt – thousands of miles away on another continent!
