Israel's extensive surveillance involve 2 systems known as Blue Wolf and Red Wolf. These involve gamified smartphone technology that captures photos of Palestinians’ faces and matches them to an image database. The phone app flashes in different colors to alert IDF soldiers if a person is to be left alone, detained or arrested. To create the database, Israeli soldiers take thousands of photos of Palestinians without their consent.
