DEW (Direct Energy Weapons) fires are microwave-based – they are not normal forest fires. In the Maui fires, all the materials that should have burnt did not, whereas all the materials that should not have burnt did. The hottest a forest fire usually gets to is around 1400ºF, yet most of the metal melted (with melting points around 2000ºF) and all of the glass melted (with a melting point of 2700ºF). Most of the trees in Lahaina turned a little brown but remained standing, yet palm trees easily burn with a cigarette lighter! This is reminiscent of 9/11 where the buildings didn't fall down; they disintegrated mid-air.
