Around 3 weeks before the Maui Fires that occurred on 8/8/23, the governor of Hawaii, Josh Green, issued an emergency proclamation (based on a housing crisis) that suspended normal laws. The governor's proclamation specifically suspends certain laws in place which protected old towns and sites – like Lahaina – and stated historical preservation must be honored if they were to be rebuilt. The proclamation says we have to Build Beyond Barriers (a very similar BBB to 'Build Back Better'.) Were the fires a trick to get people to sell their land? Is all this a ruse to force people into 'human settlements' along the lines of Agenda 2030?
