When it comes to a power grab, the WHO (World Health Organization) is going all out. Not only is it trying to change the International Health Regulations and create a World Pandemic Treaty (under the guise of "pandemic preparedness"), it is also trying to reach 3 new targets it calls the Triple Billions: 1 billion more people benefitting from universal health coverage, 1 billion more people better protected from health emergencies and 1 billion more people enjoying better health and wellbeing.
