Philip Dick was far ahead of his time. He was a brilliant thinker and author. In this speech, he reveals his own experiences of jumping timelines and of time moving at 90º angles (lateral change). He theorizes that our world is only one of many worlds, among all the counterfeit worlds, semi-real worlds and deranged private worlds. We are living in a computer programmed reality; the only clue we have to it is when some variable is changed. This could account for the sensation of deja vu and explain reincarnation. Dick reminds us that a government which knows more about you than you know about yourself is a government which must be overthrown.
