Net zero is a new term to describe the policy, pushed by the UN under its Agenda 2030, to somehow offset humanity's total carbon output. Absolute zero is even more extreme: the output of no carbon at all. These policies are industrial and economic suicide; they spell the end of a good standard of living for Westerners.
