The Vietnam War was surrounded by fakery from start to end. To begin with, the excuse given to the American public to enter the war was that Vietnam was firing on a US ship. This so-called Gulf of Tonkin incident never actually happened; declassified documents show the President LBJ straight out lied to the masses. Other fakery revolves around the alleged photos from the war, including photos of dead people who look like dummies, no pools of blood beneath the bodies, soldiers taking breaks next to dead bodies and soldiers looking inexplicably happy in the middle of battle.
