It is dominated by central banking, composed of banks that are essentially "free states" with full legal and juristic immunity. The BIS (Bank of International Settlements) is on top and is inviolable; next comes the IMF and World Bank, then the central banks of Europe, US, etc. (all still above national governments). Finally comes the regular banks, stock market centers, etc. The whole system is designed to siphon money out of society from the poor up to the rich.
