Part 3 of this 4-part presentation is a highly technical look at the range of invisible technology that can be used against the public, such as acoustic devices, hypersonic sound, pulsed radiofrequency and ultrasound (from photoacoustic devices). Another weapon which is becoming more well-known is LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Device), a speaker system and sound energy weapon developed in the early 2000s for use by the US military. Also discussed is the phenomenon of cavitation (the formation of vapor bubbles within a liquid at low-pressure), which can be induced inside the human head and body. Remember, you may not hear the sound – but these weapons are real.
