A new type of weapon has emerged. Part 1 of this 4-part presentation exposes how DEW (Directed Energy Weapons) can take many different forms: acoustic, microwave or RF (Radio Frequency), riding sound waves or light beams. Its objective is to level the cognitive capabilities of the targeted person to near zero. There have been 2 recent geopolitical incidents of DEW being used against American officials: one in Cuba (hence the term Havana Syndrome) and the other in China.
