Operation Crimson Mist, which occurred in Rwanda Africa in 1994, was a devastating display of advanced mind control technology, or better put, excitation of emotion technology. The US Military ramped up public suspicion about foul play in a recent presidential air crash so as to rouse one tribe (the Hutus) against another tribe (the Tutsi). Then, flying overheard, they beamed a weapon at the advancing Hutu, who suddenly went berserk – anger changed to uncontrollable rage, and within minutes, they had murdered hundreds of Tutsi.
