Ex-CIA agent Verne Lyon has an incredible story to tell. He was recruited at a young age on a very unusual mission: to infiltrate Cuba, gain the trust of Fidel Castro and oversee Cuba's cloud seeding program to bring more rainfall to the communist nation and Caribbean island. He achieved that, but fell in love with a Cuban girl and was torn between his engineering duties and CIA spying duties. Eventually, his cover was blown and he had to flee to a series of nations. The CIA betrayed him, eventually conducting an international manhunt to kidnap him. Amazing and true story.
