NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) was tasked by the USG to cover up the actual collapse of the WTC buildings with pseudoscientific mumbo jumbo. It tried pushing its 'progressive collapse' theory, claiming that a number of local events happened in the building that cascaded to pull it down symmetrically and perfectly into its own footprint at free-fall speed. In other words, a couple of office fires made the whole building fall! 30-year structural engineer Kamal Obeid destroys NIST'S analysis and confirms the use of controlled demolition.
