This exposes a pervasive scam in clear English. Did you know that when you get a "loan" from a bank and sign the initial paper, the bank converts that to an asset? That it keeps it on its ledgers as an asset? That it merely exchanges a bank check of equal value for the asset you just gave it? It's an EQUAL EXCHANGE, a swap, NOT A LOAN. The bank then demands you pay back the "loan" so it ultimately receives double what it gave out. On top of that it also charges interest.
