The heliocentric, globe model of the Earth has just been struck another blow. This informative compilation shows, in common man's language, that it makes no sense that the sun and the moon can appear so close together in the same sky. The globe model proclaims that it is the Earth moving between the moon and sun which produces the effect of a half- or quarter-moon; but if this is the case, the moon should be completely opposite the sun in the sky. By experience, this is clearly not always the case. While this does not prove the flat earth theory, it certainly puts another dent in the idea of a globe earth or ball earth. See for yourself.
