This film documents the life of William Cooper and takes you on an historical journey through a tangled maze of government deception to hide the truth about its dealings with extraterrestrial races. The moment that changed Cooper’s life is when he saw a craft come out of the ocean the size of an aircraft carrier and go into the air at a high rate of speed. He was later debriefed by a Navy officer and was essentially told that he didn’t see anything, and if he talked it was a $10,000 fine. This sent a strong message to him that the government obviously didn’t want him talking about his experiences. During Clinton’s presidency, he once stated that William Cooper was the most dangerous man alive and that is probably why he was gunned down after 9/11.
