Time travel was the chief focus of the Montauk Project, a highly secretive operation carried out in the 1970s and 1980s which linked through time to the Philadelphia Experiment in 1943. Survivor Larry James, who was the time travel controller at Montauk, recalls his involvement, including time travel experiments going back to World War II, the American Civil War and even all the way back to the Roman Empire!
