Ray McGovern, ex-CIA analyst and co-founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPs), exposes the CIA as a rogue agency. The CIA routinely cooks up "intelligence" to justify pre-planned, political wars (such as the invasions of Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya). It's not bad intelligence; it's fixed intelligence. A Senate report stated that the intelligence used to justify the Iraq War of 2003 was "unconfirmed, unsubstantiated and in some cases non-existent". The CIA has consistently overthrown legitimately elected foreign governments right from its inception (e.g. Mosaddegh in Iran, 1953).
